Automatic Peanut Butter Production Line

Automatic Peanut Butter Production Line is used to produce peanut butter in factories. It mean factory high-quality requirement for peanut butter production. This peanut butter production line mainly includes a peanut roaster machine, peanut peeling machine, peanut butter grinder and peanut filling machine.

Peanut Butter Production Line Process

1. Roasting: batch roaster’s working temperature is 200-210 ºC, 20-30minutes. use batch roaster will bake some delicious smells.
2. Cooling: Peanut will be send cooling belt to cool.
3. Peeling: Put the roasted peanuts into peeler to take off the red skin, the double rollers will frication the red skin, the simple cyclone system will suck the red skins, most of them will be put in half-piece, then fall to the selecting conveyor, the over-roasted and un-blanched peanut kernel is picked up by manual or mechanical. (It is matched with manual type conveyor in the quotation)
4. Grinding: Using steel grinder to make the first grinding;Using colloid grinder to make the second grinding, the fineness of grinding is controlled below 7um, temperature of grinding is controlled below 68C.
5. Cooling Mixing: make the butter more homogeneous and the butter through second grinding should be cooled immediately. The temperature should go down 45C.
6. Vacuum: Short time storage and remove the bubble in the butter.
7. Filling: Automatic filling machine , the finished peanut butter is packed into 200g / 500g / 1000g

2. PEANUT BUTTER MACHINE

Peanut butter making machine combines various properties of homogenizer, ball mill, three-roller, shearing machine, mixer, etc. It has superior effects of superfine pulverization, dispersing emulsification, homogenization and mixing.
Our own developed and improved peanut butter machine features in features in small size, easy to move, convenient to operate, low noise, high efficient, fine grinding, low temperature rise.
It is an ideal grinder to make peanut butter, sesame butter, almond butter, cocoa butter, sunflower seed paste, walnuts paste, pepper paste, tomato paste, chili paste and so on.

3. PEANUT PEELING MACHINE

Our peanut peeling machine is an ideal product for roasted peanuts which have a water content less than 5%. It has a very high 96% peeling effect, the peeled peanut or groundnut remain whole without damage, there is no protein denaturation during our peeling process.
After been peeled, the peanut come out of the peeling machine while the red skin are sucked by air fan.
Flexible productivity, multiple peeling machine can be combined and work together for large productivity.

4. PEANUT BUTTER FILLING MACHINE

Semi-Automatic Peanut Butter Filling Machine is a semi-automatic piston filling machine. It use compressed air as power, which is composed of precision pneumatic components. The Peanut Filling machine has the features of simple structure, reliable and convenient adjustment.  This Piston Filling Machineis suitable for all kinds of paste, viscous paste filling. This paste filling machine can work in an inflammable and explosive environment. It is the ideal filling equipment of pharmaceutical, chemical, food, cosmetics and other industries.
